2.1 Data you provide directly

• Contact forms & consultation bookings: name, email address, business name, phone number, and any information you include in your message.
• Chat conversations: messages you send via our AI chatbot. These are processed in real time and not stored permanently on our servers.
• Email correspondence: any emails you send to our team.

2.2 Data collected automatically

• Analytics data (if you consent): pages visited, time on site, referral source, browser type and approximate location (country/city level). We do not use this to identify you personally.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system. Used for security and to ensure the site functions correctly.
• Cookie preferences: your consent choices are stored locally in your browser via localStorage.

• Anthropic Claude API: Our website chatbot is powered by Claude (Anthropic). Chat messages are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare: Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical data (including IP addresses) for security and performance. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts: We use Google Fonts to serve the Outfit typeface. Google may log font requests. See Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

• Enquiry and contact data: retained for up to 3 years from last contact, then deleted.
• Client service data: retained for the duration of the contract plus 6 years (in line with UK limitation periods).
• Analytics data: retained for up to 26 months.
• Chat transcripts: not retained on our servers. Messages are processed in real time by the AI and not stored.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten") in certain circumstances
• Restrict processing of your data
• Port your data to another service
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests
